Primary Responsibilities

- Approve the annual budget according to available resources.< li>
- Anticipate the needs and work to allocate the future resources.< li>
- Ensure product and process compliance.< li>
- Maintain the plant agility to cope with market changes.< li>
- Manage and follow up work execution and perform the required decisions.< li>
- Assess and ensure that personal needs and trainings are met.< li>
- Promote the teamwork culture and make the required recognitions for employees.< li>
- Work to reinforce Pfizer values and improve the work environment.< li>

- Personnel appraisal and participate in hiring new employees< li>
- Facilitate coordination with other departments to ensure smooth flow of operations

- Minimum 6 years’ experience in the production manufacturing supervisory field.< li>
- Worked at different manufacturing production areas is plus.< li>
- Good communication skills.< li>
- Good Decision making skills.< li>
- Excellent problem solving skills< li>
- Efficient time management capabilities< li>
- Strategic thinking oriented
< li>< ul>Essential Personal Qualifications
< u>< strong>- Bachelor degree in pharmaceutical science.< li>
- Past experience with minimum 6 years in a pharmaceutical manufacturing supervisory field.< li>
- Excellent leadership skills.< li>
- Ability to work in teams and to keep talents.< li>
- Ability to motivate his team and to work on solving conflicts.< li>
- Leading the change.< li>
- High managerial skills
< li>< ul>Preferred Qualifications
< u>< strong>- Six Sigma green belt certificate.< li>
- Proficiency in English language.< li>
- Lead audit certificate.< li>
- Achievement record in manufacturing operations performance.
