Overview

< u>< strong>The Security Sales Manager is a strong sales professional with excellent client relationship skills. This role plans and implements sales to targeted strategic major accounts in one or several of the defined vertical markets. He is expected to establish and maintain strong relationships to be successful in this role. In this role the Sales Manager will have to have a deep understanding of NEC portfolio in order to run business development in the Security sector to identify and promote the best possible technical solution that matches the customer expectation or requirements.

Applicant should have good client and account management skills and be someone who can foresee and seeks business initiatives or new opportunities.

The Candidate

< u>< strong>We are seekingmin 7 8 years of sales experience in the Security market join our rapidly growing team of Sales in this existing customer facing position.

Applicants must be experienced in selling System Integrations solutions. Extensive and broad exposure to the Security market including the vendors System Integrators and Vertical Markets also working with customers across both the public and private sectors.

The successful candidate will have a strong background within Knowledge in current and next generation trends of Public Safety products e.g. Video Surveillance CCTV Access Control Systems eg AFIS Palm Prints Face recognition Voice Recognition etc Fire Alarm Public Address Evacuation System etc.

The candidate involves deeply in preparing System Integration project documentation. Showing strong expertisein Bid management. Proven track of large scale projects especially in Public Sector

Some travel in MENA region will also be required as well.Base location is in the NEC’s Cairo Branch office located in Zamalek Area

Responsibilities

< u>< strong>The role would be both Project and Customer focused. The main requirement will be the involvement through the saleslife cycle. The key responsibilities are following
  • Establish and maintain Vertical Market relationships< li>
  • Identify key areas of influence within the defined stake holders end users partners consultants etc. identify decision makers and ensure they are aware of the benefits and business advantages presented by NEC< li>
  • Acquire new key stake holders based on the defined strategy< li>
  • Lead and drive the follow up and closing of tenders with strong business development< li>
  • Meet personal sales targets within the full line of products combination of products and total solutions.< li>
  • Sell either directly or through channel partners< li>
  • Coordinate the strategy structuring amp negotiating process and closure of a range of business opportunities with sales targets< li>
  • Responsible to manage and grow sales figures and to increase the share of wallet on clients installed base.< li>
  • Negotiate and discuss projects and contracts with clients.< li>
  • Develop a strong understanding of the dynamics and the key success factors in the area of Security Market< li>
  • Understand the customer insight and prepare an NEC solution to meet the need.< li>
  • Provide commercial input into bid proposals and projects< li>
  • Recommend products and services to meet customers' requirements< li>
  • Responsible for the whole sales cycle including the collection of the dues

    Essential Qualifications amp Experience < strong>< li>< ul>
    • Lead the preparation of bid or tender documentation< li>
    • To support the Pre Sales to liaise with the 3 rd party companies and other NEC affiliates in designing business offers and negotiate deals to form an integrated system< li>
    • Prepares and presents necessary management reports periodically< li>
    • Set meeting with the customer aimed to gain new business and to expand existing business< li>
    • Maintain relationship with the main customers in order to increase the business opportunities< li>< ul>
      • Maintain CRM Tool< li>
      • Forecasting and Business Planning< li>
      • Pipeline management< li>
      • Reporting on Sales results< li>
      • Experience in dealing with end users and big accounts is essential< li>
      • Experience in Business and Account Development in B2B is essential
