Oracle CX Customer Experience Consultant

Implement the assigned tasks in assigned projects. Work on the weak points to be developed. Transfer the gained knowledge to other team members. learn how to use the different Modules functionalities map them into the Client Solution “Best Practice” Using the Oracle methodology sequential stages.

Support the Client during the Go live Working on self development Share Knowledge and to do a full cycle implementation EX < strong>Configure and customize financial application to match customer needs < p>
Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree with a preference for accounting or business degree. Min of 2 year of related experience in oracle CX. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Very good command of English in writing and speaking. Ability to Track the issues and find a logical solution.
