Bidding Manager

To manage the bid qualification process for new opportunities. Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders typically involving contributions from sales presales solution architect project management and operations. Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer. Contributing to the written proposal both in terms of content and presentation. Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids. Understand and resolve complex technical strategic and business issues. Must be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing. Supporting sales through joint customer visits portfolio positioning trainings and pre qualifications Plan and manage post bid submission activity Presentations Clarifications Meetings Review PO Consult on possible transition transformation and business models throughout company plans
Job Requirements Education B.Sc. Of Engineering English language with very good grade at least technical writing advanced user of office applications Training Management Skills finance for non financial Experience Min. of 8 yrs experience in IT field with at least 4 yrs experience in consultation business development or Presales areas. Reasonable knowledge of HW NW security business applications Oracle Microsoft SAP CCTV etc. with vertical knowledge and certifications of one of infrastructure solutions like Data centers services storage disaster recovery networking migration and software services enterprise management …etc Skills Abilities Physical Demands Presentation skills communication skills negotiation skills Team player leadership and motivator customer service oriented objective oriented and flexible Keywords Bidding Solutions presales
