Area Sales Manager Medical Delta

Main Duties < strong>< p> Achieve sales targets through a team of medical representatives. Ensure implementation of sales plan for line tracks pushes and motivates sales team reports evaluates the progress and adjusts the plan when needed. Conduct several field trips on regular basis to the area with the team to different physicians to ensure the implementation of the sales plan take market feedback. Conduct regular meetings with the team to assess the performance and ensuring they are meeting their sales targets. Conduct monthly meetings with the entire team Apply adequate control and ensure the proper utilization of all resources such as brochures samples .etc Conduct market and competitor analysis. Present feedback to the head. Interview hire and develop candidates with a proven track record of sales success to build a highly productive sales team. Ensures low turnover rate in the line by consistently rewarding good performers. Participating in setting the annual sales target. Allocate the sales targets in coordination with the team based on the geographic affinity for each product. Review them regularly and on quarterly basis to take corrective actions when needed
