Provide support for the first level at subsidiaries and distributors and proposes preventive corrective actions in collaboration with services involved production R amp D marketing quality assurance < p>< li>

Managing the technical complaints of the group companies and distributors prepare and organize meetings to monitor complaints follow up < p>< li>
-
To support Product life cycle management and stimulate continuous improvement of Systems to insure Post Market Surveillance < p>< li>
-
Follow the performance of reagents and systems through quality indicators and prioritize the needed actions < p>< li>
-
The area to cover is Egypt Ethiopia Djibouti Libya Somalia Eritrea. You will be traveling up to 60 of your time < p>< li>< ul>

Profil < u>< strong> < p>

The candidate must have Immunology or Biochemist University Master Degree < p>< li>< ul>
-
2 3 years of Laboratory Technician experience will be preferred < p>< li>

A field experience will be appreciated < p>< li>

An experience in the management of customer calls within a local customer service is a definite plus. < p>< li>
-
Knowledge of know bioMérieux customers laboratories and or hospitals . < p>< li>
-
Good level of English and perfect Arabic < p>< li>

Egyptian Passport will be preferred < p>< li>

Willing to travel
