< u>< strong> - BS degree in Business Management industrial mechanical engineering or related field< li>
- Proven work experience as a plant manager< li>
- Proven managerial experience at least 10 years in manufacturing industry< li>
- Preferable Experience as a Plant Manager for a Cement Factory< li>
- Project Management experience with hands on experience from building a factory to running it.< li>
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles budgeting strategic planning resource allocation and human resources < li>
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise< li>
- Be knowledgeable of safety quality productivity demand creation inventory and stewardship processes< li>
- Excellent Computer literacy< li>
- Excellent Written and Spoken English< li>
- Ability to create accountability and to lead by example< li>
- Strong team building decision making and people management skills
