· Business continuity planning< p>

· Second line of Support for 50 servers in a 24x7 data center< p>
· Manage and lead hardware and software migration and upgrade efforts of varying size and complexity< p>
· Install software apply patches manage file systems monitor performance and troubleshoot alerts from commercial open source and locally developed monitoring tools< p>
· System failure analysis and recovery ensuring the consistency and integrity of file systems< p>
· Review test and audit batches or fixes< p>
· Manage configure and Monitor IBM Storage system< p>
· TSM Environment Support Overall installation configuration and tuning of TSM server client Storage Agent and Tivoli Data Protection for Oracle software. Responsibility also includes the utilization of the IBM Disk Library Console for virtual tape library configuration and maintenance< p>
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving TSM clients for AIX Linux and Windows configurations< p>
· Implement manage and monitor replication between company headquarters and backup site.< p>
· Performance of any job related tasks assigned by direct manager supervisor< p>
Job Requirements ·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience ·In depth knowledge of AIX Linux IBM hardware configuration and SAN Storage ·Strong experience with system management tools logical file systems and client server environments. ·Solid experience in installing troubleshooting operating testing planning and configuring TSM servers and clients ·Strong troubleshooting skills ·Shell programming expertise ·Network experience ·Demonstrated initiative customer orientation and team work competencies ·Ability to communicate technical issues with non technical people ·A good knowledge in implementing Enterprise Resource Planning ERP solutions Database integration Application Servers · A good knowledge of high availability solutions business continuity plans and disaster recovery. ·Knowledge of IBM Webshpere. Minimum 5 years Professional systems maintenance experience in a Unix data center environment.
