Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning and managing implementation and support services projects to our clients against agreed contract specifications. Responsible to carry out on and off site project meetings establishing user requirements and will input to management reporting requirements. Responsible to ensure that a project is completed on time and within budget and that the project 039 s objectives are met Determine the objectives and KPIs which the project will be evaluated at its completion Lead the planning and implementation of project Facilitate the definition of project scope goals and deliverables Define project tasks and resource requirements Develop full scale project plans Assemble and coordinate project staff Manage project resource allocation Create a detailed work plan with timelines which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project Provide direction and support to project team Assure project compliance with all quality standards and processes Constantly monitor and report the project progress to all stakeholders Prepare and manage project’s risk assessment sheets and issues’ list Project evaluations and assessment of results Developing project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders
Job Requirements University graduate with a Bachelor 039 s degree in Engineering or relevant field Minimum 6 years’ experience in Software Implementation Project Management PMP Certificate is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills
