Senior Collaboration Engineer

Work with sales and clients prospects to develop solutions for all collaboration and call center services. Create solution design to fulfill customer requirements. Generate BOM. Assist with the quote development for the client prospect. Create design Visions of client solution. Provide supporting documentation to solution. Draft statement of work for the engineered deliverables. Assist with technical elements of RFP responses as required. Ability to understand and demonstrate how we will address the client 039 s business and technical needs. Provide advice regarding architectural questions product prerequisites product features etc. Work closely with vendor SE counterparts
Job Requirements Bachelor 039 s degree in communication computer engineering. 3 5 years working experience in a similar environment CCUX Experience is a must . CCNA collaboration is a must. CCNP collaboration certificate is a must. Experience in Cisco Partner or cloud provider is preferred. Willing to work for long hours on occasion. Strong team player with solid interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills.
