We are looking for
< strong>The Project Manager manages the interface with all key stakeholders during the project. He she plans directs and coordinates the activities of designated projects to ensure that project objectives are accomplished witin the agreed schedule and budget.
Responsibilities
< u>< strong>Plans manpower for the project
Responsible for completing the project safely on time and within budget
Manages project cost control variation and scope management and claims
Responsible for project handover review and audits
Creates the project plan and execution plan
Gets stakeholder approvals when required
Takes care with his team of the administrative activities of the project
Performs subcontractor qualification evaluation and selection and negotiates scope and terms
Skills Education And Experience

- Fluency of English language required< li>
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the elevators industry is a must< li>
- General Project Management methodology and tool knowledge< li>
- PMP certified
