Responsibilities < em>< p>
- Establish Professional relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction< li>
- Forecast Revenue Billing for the Project initially and reforecast on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of 5 is maintained leading to AOP requirements< li>
- Adherence to GPM 2012 standards of Honeywell< li>
- Follow HSE requirement complete Playbook activities on time< li>
- Ensure that the baseline project documents are produced maintained made available to all parties concerned and effectively used managing the project < li>
- Ensures that assigned projects are correctly planned and managed during execution< li>
- To liaise with Technical Managers Engineering Manager for project resources from FO and BO GES < li>
- Monitor and control the financial status of the project EAC billings cost budgets milestone payments rebates warranty < li>
- Accurately report the status financial resources technical issues customer satisfaction of assigned projects< li>
- Manage the process of scope definition and change control including estimating and negotiations of contract scope variations change orders < li>
- Identify important potential risks technical or other and establish and execute detailed plans to ensure that risks are mitigated and opportunities are realized< li>
- Apply applicable Honeywell QA and project management procedures methods. Interact with GES on resource mobilization deliverables and ensure quality of all the deliverables< li>
- Work with aftermarket service organization to ensure that projects are properly closed out< li>
- Work with sales on request to ensure that Project proposals are supported with proposal deliverables eg. Risk Opportunity estimate Project Execution Plan schedule cost estimates.< li>

Roll out lessons learnt within HON community including sales and estimation. < p>< li>

Project Management Experience for at least 10 to 12 years< p>< li>
- Should have handled medium to large automation projects in Oil amp Gas Refining or Petrochemicals or Power industry< li>
- Good commercial acumen< li>
- People Management skills and managing remote teams effectively< li>
- Good communication skills< li>
- Working experience in a cross cultural team would be an added advantage< li>
- Qualified Electronics or Instrumentation or Chemical Engineer with a University Degree< li>
- Valid PMP certification would be an added advantage< li> < ul>
