Customer Support Specialist Cairo

As a Customer Support Specialist you will be part of Electrification Production Division based in Cairo. ABB provides a full range of low voltage solutions to connect protect control and measure a wide range of electrical installations enclosures switchboards electronics and electromechanical devices. The business improves the reliability and efficiency of its customers’ activities across all major industries including the residential sector.

Tasks

< u>< strong>As a Customer Support Specialist your responsibilities will be as follows

Order Processing Processes orders to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of Products systems or service.

Administration Ensures efficient and accurate input of customer orders into order management system.

Customer Relations Informs customers about production system service status based on inputs and clarifies any questions regarding orders.

Archive Maintains the Offers – Orders – Invoices Archive. Archives all documentation related to the
Transportation and delivery to the customer in line with local regulations.

Invoice Invoices orders according to order and delivery conditions.

Collects all documentation needed to comply with local regulations and creates the documentation for the credit and debit notes. Assists with the pick up and delivery of
Products to foreign customers.

Quality Executes defined procedures for missing or defective products ensuring efficient resolution and effective customer communication Review all LP Order’s modification and cancelation on SAP every week by order registration report.

Background of Issuing all type of LG’S amp LC‘s and follow up with Financial dept. and bank it’s related documentation up to closing.

Review the contract with financial and legal D.P and sign it and deliver it to the customer Issue Performa Invoice for customer he opened LC’S

Send weekly updated F.G to customer and follow up with them to deliver their F.G

Follow customer complains Solve problems until achieve customer satisfaction coordinate with different internal teams in order to ensure the complete handling of the request e.g. scheduling resourcing quotes price lists invoice .

Follow OTD for the order handling process reports KPI and targets

Act as point of contact for internal as well as external enquiries by phone and email.

Prepare and analyze regular statistics using respective tools and collecting relevant information.

Track regular target achievement and provide results to management

Requirements

< u>< strong>Ideally you'll hold Bachelor Degree with from five to ten years of experience in Order handling or planning project management in a multinational company.

Have a good experience in logistics and shipping in many different countries Europe and African countries .

Have full knowledge for the custom clearance Docs. And process in many countries.

SAP user order handling process Customer and Material Master data created DN Order acknowledgment goods receipt invoice receipt up to warehousing.

Fluent French Language is a must.
