Responsible to lead the Cost Team estimating request for Variations Claims Variations PM Instructions< p>< li>

Review Payment Certificates< p>< li>

Ownership of Cost and Commitment status report< p>< li> < ol>
Qualifications amp Skills< p>
1.Relevant University Degree in Quantity Surveyor< p>
2.Certification in RICS< p>
3.Excellent command of English Language< p>
4.min15 years of post graduation experience in construction industry in Variation Orders Claims and Cost Reporting< p>
5.Preferable experience in complicated buildings like hospitals museums hotels casinos.< p>
6.Experience in projects in US and or in Europe will be considering an asset.< p>
