Chemical Engineer Part Time Consultant< p>
Part Time 7 months Contract 2 3 days week Chemical engineering consultation for a SAND led product design project to ensure an end to end product success and launch to the market on the assigned Start of Production date.< strong>< p>
Important Responsibilities< strong>< p> Providing technical consultation and guidance on pill tablet manufacturing techniques to enable Product proof of concept leveraging lab equipment that will be specified by yourelf Product mass manufacturing with the conventional local tablet pill compaction methods
Product scientific documentation to file for patent after product proof of concept< strong>< p>

Job Qualification – Knowledge Systems Pharmaceutical Product development process and process management. Pharmaceutical Product definition processes user need finding concept evaluation. Pharmaceutical Product specification development and analysis. Powder compaction Product development process and process management for tablets pills caplets and or ODT. Academic Experience Undergraduate Academic Degree of Chemical Engineering or AboveAdditional Experience Cost estimating COGS and analysis Bill of Material BOM preparation. Cross process design comparisons tooling limitations cost lead times etc . Design verification and validation testing. Pill Tablet Prototyping techniques SLA SLS casting rapid tooling etc . Quality control systems ISO 9001 QS9000 etc. Supplier qualification and manufacturing liaison. Quotation preparation and analysis.
