Job Description
Responsible for reservations and ticketing through Amadeus System.
Handles ticket issuance Refund amp re issue
Dealing with all hotels booking systems.
Handle inbound and outbound holidays packages for group and individual.
Providing general and specific advice about different travel destinations.
Handling Customer Requests and Inquiries Both by phone and by Email and Follow Up Customer Requests.
Job Qualifications
Computer literate and proficient in using Amadeus System
At least One year experience in reservations and ticketing travel agency for agent and more than 2 years for team leaders and supervisors
Ability to work under pressure and in rotating shifts.
