Understand work scope quantity and familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering manufacturing and construction disciplines. Create WBS Sequence the activities and create time and cost estimates and baselines. Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress. Oversee the handing over of the site from the owner and the utilities diversion status of the site. The Follow up of site Work Planning Follow up daily site problems solving such as area availability and material supply coordination with the plant to supply lifting equipment if necessary Preparing the three Weeks look ahead and weekly report attending coordination meetings and revising the schedule with the planning Dept. Track monitor and forecast progress of all activities Understand and able to utilize planning tools such as MS excel MS Project and Primavera Review Budget Elements convert it to cost elements labor Equipment Materials Making Budget cash flow with time Schedule Collecting actual cost of project’s item. Comparing between actual cost and budget cost under updated time schedule Tracking Actual cash flow with updated time Schedule Calculating The Earned Value the variance’s results Preparing the cost control report with final analysis and recommended corrective action
