- Responsible for supervising employees to ensure that work is performed in a way that leads to expected output volumes quality in the Kiln areas refractory's units.
< li> - Manage the performance of any area in accordance with plant policies and objectives.
< li> - Review daily production operation.
< li> - Review the shift and down time and be sure that all being in stander level.
< li> - Identify best practice methods for developing area team.
< li> - Organize and coordinate activities to ensure that all activities are handled in line with safety and quality regulations in his area.
< li> - Improve the processes parameters to ensure the production targets with best KPI’s.
< li> - Review the shift and technical reports and make RCA Root Cause Analysis for area problems.
< li> - Report deviations from operational plans problems to Production manager who makes appropriate decisions.
< li> - Develops production plan in line with company goals.
< li> - Determine manufacturing maintenance priorities based on established weekly schedules and making daily assignments.< li>< ul>
