Check the last day’s production process and compare it to the time table and requirements. Supervise the production team and check the attendees and the absents. Receives a request from pricing from the managing director and PR the design manager. Starts in the pricing process and send the report to the managing director. Receive the production order from the managing director and or the interior design manager after the approval from the client regards the pricing design. Checks the material needed for the implementation and compare it to the needs. Makes the purchasing order for the missing materials. Starts the implementation and follow up with the team and the work schedule. Meets the client that makes some visits to check the production process. Follow up the installing process at the client’s premises. Interior Production Handles all the tasks to follow up the interior production. Follow up the Completion. Follow up in the workshop the furniture done for the client. Makes the payments for the contractor and send the repot to the Financial Manager. Makes the salaries for the production team after making the reports for the attendance
