Job Scope is on all operations’ aspects < strong>< p> Raw material demand handling and stock keeping. Quality activities before during and after production. Production scheduling and work orders organizations on lines. Production activities. Maintenance. Health and safety. Manpower planning in cooperation with both planning unit at supply chain and HR Finished product delivery on time. Set business plan for factory and performance metrics. Study production capabilities to fulfill plan. Determine growth and expansions necessary to production lines. Share in new lines machines feasibility study delivery and set up. Achieve all operations KPIs. Operation expenses budget setting and maintaining. Policies and procedures for operations processes developing executing and improvement. Discipline at all operations processes including manpower discipline. Continuous improvement for all processes of operations including using ERP system. Maintain a healthy work environment including housekeeping motivation and creativity support. Communicating with all manpower categories to keep the best satisfaction level and the lowest turnover. Representing factory in all meetings relevant to operation management. Supervise section heads of operation Internal Production Schedule Production Quality and Safety Maintenance and Personnel
Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Mechanical Electrical Industrial Engineering or Mechatronic At least 4 years as an operation background production manager. Operation Production Management Certificate. Lean Manufacturing Certificate including 5S TPM. Proficiency in MS Office. PMP is a plus. Six Sigma is a plus.
