Customer Service Representative Front Office

Interact with the children and implement the dynamics in compliance with documentation guidelines and procedures determined by the commercial partners Attend and provide solution to visitor complaints and simple problems and direct them to the Coordinator if needed Keep control of visitor affluence through the system and manually in case of system failure or absence Elaborate daily the establishments elements checklist completely and exactly Elaborate establishments raw materials inventory Elaborate establishments theming elements montage Identify failures shortage of raw materials utensils or elements and report these to the Area Coordinator Manage and control educational and entertainment facility funds in compliance to the policies and procedures of KidZos Treasury Elaborate the establishments cleaning tasks upon arrival leaving and during the operation In addition to any extra responsibilities assigned by Management
Job Requirements Previous guest service experience preferred. Excellent communication skills required. Must be fluent in verbal and written English. Previous call center experience preferred. Excellent listening and comprehension skills required.
