We are looking for
< strong>The Safety and Quality Manager works on developing and maintaining safety awareness and managing competences resources and processes affecting safety. He She is also responsible for managing and improving quality performance in line with KONE level targets.
Responsibilities And Key Activities
< u>< strong>
- Ensure expertise and support to the business unit on safety matters.< li>
- Monitor legal changes locally and global developments in safety matters and initiate necessary actions.< li>
- Plan document and follow up on the implementation of safety processes and procedures.< li>
- Monitor the safety auditing process and conduct regular workplace visits.< li>
- Maintain accident amp near miss incident investigation process and monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.< li>
- Proactively gather and analyse relevant data to identify improvement opportunities in the unit relevant KONE Way Processes.< li>
- Promote and develop our Safety and Quality culture actively communicate the importance of Safety and Quality and engage the organization.< li>
- Facilitate and evaluate the implementation of KONE Quality Management System QMS and monitor its performance.< li>
- Responsible for planning execution and follow up of quality audits as tool for assuring process compliance and identifying areas for process performance and quality improvement.< li>
- Provide day to day leadership to the team and define performance objectives to ensure desired behaviours results are achieved.
< li>< ul>Skills Education And Experience
< u>< strong>- 8 years of experience in safety and quality in the elevators industry or other relevant industry is a must.< li>
- Recognized professional qualification in health and safety.< li>
- Knowledge in Quality tools methods and systems.< li>
- Knowledge and experience of operational processes and their continuous improvement through application of Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing and or other proven quality tools and methodologies.< li>
- Project management skills.< li>
- Very good Presentation skills.< li>
- Excellent English communication skills. French is an asset.
