Project Planning Manager PrPM < p>

Purpose of the Job< strong>< p>

Responsible to develop and maintain the project schedule in order to manage efficiently the time commitments of the project tender contract or program .< p>

    Responsibilities< strong>< p>

    • Analyse the schedule management requirements of the Customer contractual tool schedule structure reporting constraints … < p>< li>

    • Detail the schedule based on Reference Library templates gap analysis Metiers commitments< p>< li>

    • Highlight the critical path and risks linked to the schedule and propose the optimisation amp mitigation actions< p>< li>

    • Propose a strategy as regard to the compliance with the contractual requirements< p>< li>

    • Participate to the definition of the schedule interfaces with the partners and the Customer< p>< li>

    • Deliver on time all schedule deliverables down to the requested level< p>< li>

    • Estimate the cost of scheduling management effort< p>< li>

    • Detail and update the project schedule based on the contractual targets and data provided by all stakeholders< p>< li>

    • Organize and lead periodic Project Schedule Sessions< p>< li>

    • Participate to project core team meetings< p>< li>

    • Provide a timely updated schedule situation highlighting the gap between the actual and the baseline< p>< li>

    • Focus on early identification of potential delays< p>< li>

    • Provide support to Project Manager on all issues related to projects schedule< p>< li>

    • Contribute to the return of experience REX and improvements share of best practices< p>< li> < ul>

      Candidate Requirements< strong>< p>

      Educational Requirements< strong>< p>

      Engineering Degree Master equivalent or above in one or more of the following fields Industrial Computer science Telecom Electrical Electronics Automation.< p>

      Desired Knowledge Experience< strong>< p>

      • Experience in industrial rail industry and or telecom applications.< p>< li>

      • Experience in international projects or bids and openness to multi cultural environment.< p>< li>

      • Financial result oriented.< p>< li>

      • Strongly process oriented.< p>< li>

      • To be able to liaise amp motivate internal and external partners.< p>< li>

      • Successful experience of working in a multi cultural environment.< p>< li>

      • Experience of working in a matrix organization< p>< li>

      • Effective active listening and communication skills.< p>< li> < ul>

        Technical Skills and Competencies< strong>< p>

        • Focus on simple solutions to complex problems.< p>< li>

        • 10 years’ experience in planning and project management< p>< li>

        • Focus on cost of solutions.< p>< li>

        • Fluency in English.< p>< li>

        • Fluency in French is a plus< p>< li>

        • Experience in Primavera MS Project.< p>< li> < ul>
