Job Summary< strong>< p> The Oracle CX Consultant main role is to learn how to use the different Modules functionalities map them into the Client Solution “Best Practice” Using the Oracle methodology sequential stages. Support the Client during the Go live Working on self development Share Knowledge and one of the Examples is to Configure and customize financial application to match customer needs and to do a full cycle implementation.

Job Responsibilities < strong>< p> Implement the assigned tasks in assigned project. Work on the weak points to be developed. Transfer the gained knowledge to other team members
Job Requirements Bachelors Degree from a reputable University Experience not less than 2 years in the CX field and in dealing with Oracle Applications in the required field Professional appearance Ability to develop and deliver presentations A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Very good Communications skills and interaction with Customers Keywords Customer Experience CX Oracle Information Technology IT Microsoft Office Customer Service
