As a systems analyst you will design new IT solutions HR CRM ...etc modify enhance or adapt existing systems and integrate new features or improvements all with the aim of improving business efficiency and productivity.

- analyze systems requirements < li>
- Implement configure and test feasible solutions. < li> < ul>

< p>Responsibilities < strong> < p>
< strong> < p>- liaising extensively with external or internal clients < li>
- analyzing clients' existing systems and business models < li>
- conducting requirements analysis and preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement systems
< li> - working closely with colleagues developers testers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction < li>
- drawing up supervising and documenting testing schedules for complete systems < li>
- supporting users on change control and system updates < li>
- providing training and user manuals to users of a new system < li>
- keeping up to date with technical and industry developments. < li> < ul>
< p>Skills < strong> < p>
< p>- at least 3 years' experience in system analysis < li>
- Good experience in Unified Modelling Language UML < li>
- HR and CRM Business knowledge is a plus. < li>
- Oracle or SAP business applications knowledge is a plus. < li>

< li> - broad knowledge of hardware software and programming
