Key Role
< u>< strong>Conduct systems analysis and programming activities for the development maintenance and installation of computer programs to support internal business operations. Apply advanced principles theories and concepts to job assignments and contribute to the development of new ideas and principles. Solve uniquely complex problems and speak for the organization to internal and external clients. Work on long range programs and objectives. Provide advice to the organization in area of expertise. Play a role in overall functional strategic planning.
Basic Qualifications

- 4 years of experience with developing SQL in an Oracle database and supporting an active user community to securely manage database objects transactions and users< li>
- 4 years of experience with structured programming< li>
- 1 years of experience with developing Oracle PL SQL programming units and leveraging Oracle< li>
- supplied PL SQL packages and types< li>
- 1 years of experience with developing Web based applications< li>
- Secret clearance< li>
- BA or BS degree
< li>Additional Qualifications
< u>< strong> - Experience with Oracle technologies including Spatial Scheduler Workspace Manager and tools such as SQL Loader Data Pump Export and Import and TKPROF< li>
- Experience with Oracle APEX< li>
- Experience with Agile software development< li>
- Experience with Linux or UNIX< li>
- Experience with S FTP< li>
- Experience with XML Team software development in configuration management and source code control including git or svn< li>
- Ability to be an analytical thinker and problem solver< li>
- BS degree in CS Computer Engineering or Information Science< li>
- Oracle PL SQL Developer Certified Associate Certification< li>
- Oracle Database Administrator Certified Associate Certification< li>
- Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert Certification< li>
- Oracle Application Express Developer Certified Expert Certification
