This position is being recruited by a leading international main contractor who are one of the major players in construction in Hong Kong. The role is responsible for planning monitoring and delivering the construction allocation of equipment and manpower resources and supporting subordinates with the same influencing internal external stakeholders for necessary support and monitoring adherence to HSE guidelines and regulations with the objective of completion of construction as per high quality standards and within budgeted costs and timelines. The Senior Project Manager will be 2nd in charge on the project. The project is in Hong Kong and consists of building and infrastructure
• Degree in Building Engineering or related discipline • With at least 15 years’ experience in main contractor in which at least 8 years in project management role • Experience in large scale building projects • Member of CIOB or HKIE is an advantage • Good communication negotiation and management skills • Good command of written and spoken English • Previous experience of large building projects in Hong Kong • Main contractor experience
