- Appoint monitor facilitate Project Managers for the delivery of projects in Time Budget Scope requirements < li>
- Work with Development Team to deliver projects in order to meet strategic prioritiesfor the company. < li>
- Coordinate with all stakeholders Client Consultant Contractors Sub Contractors andmanage design tender execution and nbsp handover stages of the project. < li>
- Coordination with all internal departments Commercial Assets Finance Legal Security DOSI etc. for the complete execution of the projects from inception to completion. < li>
- Provide technical inputs to support identification of potential new projects which can be undertaken by the company. < li>
- nbsp Monitor day to day activities for ongoing projects and establish metrics to analyze and track project performance. < li>
- Coordination to manage project site executionand logistics project documentation project cost and other elements of project management.
< li> - Set appropriate control mechanism to ensure budget compliance and takes corrective measures when necessary < li>
- Consolidates Market and Project data for the Budgeting processes of new projects
< li> - nbsp Analyses benchmarking data and proposes steps for improvement. < li>
- Proposes the yearly department budget and ensures the respect of the approved budget < li>
- Proposes and takes necessary measures towards continuous reduction of the operational costs < li>
- Monitor and support the teams on the implementation of the policies and procedures of the company and the department. nbsp < li>
- Ensures that knowledge management database is circulated and understood by the teams. < li>
- Monitors adherence to Quality and Safety Health and Environment QSHE standards.
< li> - Proposes Evaluates new procedures technologies and specifications for the improvement of Cost – Quality – Time relationship in projects < li>
- Takes active lead part in high risk projects International local < li>
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the approved quality. < li>
- Ensure that knowledge management database is updated regularly with all accurate and relevant information.
< li> - Be a role model and ensure the application of Majid Al Futtaim Retail corporate policies and guarantee the implementation of all laws regulations and cultural practices of the operating countries are followed and respected < li>
- Practices the company values and Guarantees the same is respected and followed by the departmentteam members nbsp < li>
- Responsible for the Performance Management of the team < li>
- Required Education< u>< strong> nbsp < li>
- Bachelor degree in Civil < li>
- Required Technical amp Software Skills Required< u>< strong>
• Good Communication and Presentation skills
• Regional geography markets understanding
• Experience of working with local authorities will be an advantage
• Knowledge of the region understanding of laws regarding real estate is considered a plus.
Preferred Languages< u>< strong>
English Full Proficiency – written and verbal
Years of Experience 15 years of relevant experience in project management and construction management.
