Leading International law Firm 7 PQE
We are presently seeking an experienced commercial litigation lawyer for a senior post in the UAE. Ideally an individual with regional exposure due would be preferred to the profile and the work they would be undertaking.
The candidates responsibilities will be working across a range of mostly contentious matters including dealing with initial client enquiries across a broad range of commercial litigation matters appraising work content of provisional new instructions and providing clients with considered fee estimates handling arbitration proceedings under various bodies rules and notably DIAC DIFC LCIA and ICC.
Liaising with our internal team of UAE Advocates in respect of UAE court proceedings and all related interim interlocutory measures as well as enforcement execution.
Able to multi task including working in parallel on several teams or matters as appropriate.
The firm is a leading regional law firm with a focus on high level transactions in the real estate oil and gas energy construction and IPO work. They have multiple offices in the GCC and are presently working on several high level transactions.
As a US law firm they are looking at candidates who have Steller academics and a solid background within an international law firm. Due to the profile of the firm and the team you will be joining candidates need to be familiar with high level and overseas commercial dispute.

Sound academic background and relevant professional experience. Qualified in Western jurisdictions e.g. England and Wales. Approximately 7 11 years PQE with DR experience gained within a well regarded law firm. Candidates of 12 PQE or more may also be considered
