< strong>Exciting career opportunity for an experienced Cost Manager at Associate level to join this growing team in Cairo.
You will lead a team of quantity surveyors on one or more complex projects and manage all aspects of a cost management commission.
You will be managing contracts in respect of pre contract cost planning benchmarking and tendering procurement as well as post contract experience using FIDIC forms of contract.
You will also be actively involved in the training and coaching of junior members of staff
Experience within the Middle East particularly in Egypt is a plus.
Applicants should have attained a BSc. in Quantity Surveying be chartered ie Member of RICS.
