Specific Accountabilities Include

- Handling customer requirements requests professionally whilst ensuring minimum complaints. You will support travel agents with seat confirmation and arrange VIP bookings and response to ticket queries< li>
- Guiding and supporting staff and keeping them updated with relevant changes in the industry and in QR products and services< li>
- Showing dedication and commitment to handle the maximum number of telephone calls and passengers whilst at all times carefully following QR procedures and regulations to achieve the highest possible quality of reservation service< li>
- Arranging reservations and routings for passengers utilising the Amadeus system to make bookings and effectively communicating fares policies and procedures to passengers by providing accurate information< li>

< u>< strong>To be successful in this role you will need a Trade or Vocational Qualification combined with a minimum of three years of job related experience with two years working for an airline. You will need a sound understanding of reservations and ticketing using a GDS such as Amadeus. You will need a thorough knowledge of fare construction and ticketing and must be able to work effectively within a team environment.
You will need to be fluent written and spoken in English to perform this role.
