Develop and Monitor program schedule
Coordinate design planning and procurement
Management of subcontractors
Control the commercial aspects of the project in coordination with the Quantity Surveyors
Monitor variations
Weekly and Monthly reporting to Senior Management
Chair meetings with client consultant and subcontractors
