- Cequens< strong> Sales Engineering team is responsible for the successful implementation for Cequens< strong> APIs as part of enterprise software projects. They act as a primary technical contact for a diverse customer base. Thus they are highly competent IT software generalists who share knowledge during all stages of the software development lifecycle.< li>
- The Solutions Architect role is an inside outside role with an estimated 10 25 travel.< li>
< ul>Responsibilities
< u>< strong>- Share our cloud based Two factor Authentication 2FA solution and best practices for common use cases with potential and existed customers as well in coordination with Enterprise Account Executive.< li>
- Understand customer requirements and communicate the business value of solving technology problems using cloud communications technology.< li>
- Prepare demos and proof of concepts to demonstrate various use cases for Cequens APIs.< li>
- Guide the design and deployment of enterprise communications systems that impact multiple functional areas of a customer’s organization.< li>
- Document the architectural solutions that customers have designed and deployed.< li>
- Distill and communicate customer needs to Cequens Product Management groups.< li>
- Position yourself as a thought leader in the communications space. Prepare talks for industry events. Collaborate on blog posts technical articles and other content with Cequens marketing and PR groups.< li>
< ul>Requirements
< u>< strong>- 2 years of technical selling experience in enterprise software SaaS or web services.< li>
- Mobile or Cloud Security experience.< li>
- Professional modern coding experience.< li>
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota.< li>
- Success selling to leading customers that trust and respect you.< li>
- Comfortable selling to developers and technical buyers within online services and enterprises.< li>
- A college degree or equivalent experience.< li>
- Ability to read write and communicate computer code leveraging REST APIs< li>
- Hands on high energy passionate creative problem solver with know how to get things done and ability to lead others to success.< li>
- Self driven and independent and also a major team contributor.< li>
- Awesome communicator and presenter able to gain audience confidence through deep competence and credibility.< li>
- Mobile or Cloud Security experience.< li>
- Professional modern coding experience.< li>
- Sold products or services targeted at developers for cloud based SaaS services.< li>
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Computer Science MIS or a comparable field is preferred.< li>
- iOS and Android programming experience Advantage< li>
- Experience with call centers and or IVRs from a technical perspective are Advantage< li>
