The Pre Sales Engineer supports sales productivity and deal flow by securing the ldquo technical close rdquo in complex solutions. Responsible for identifying and defining technology solutions preparing statements of work Technical Proposals Visio diagrams and presentation documentation to articulate solutions. Participating in pre Sales activities to define client requirements based on the company rsquo s portfolio of services Collaborates with the company rsquo s sales IT and Services Departments resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision makers. Pro actively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements assesses customers rsquo met and unmet needs and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company. Coordinates closely with sales IT and service resources to align solution design with customers rsquo business requirements. The Pre Sales Engineer will report to Pre Sales Deputy Manager
