Job Details
Prepare and update project schedule based on
the contract.
Set work program and target milestones for each
phase based on the project plan.
Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule
and advise project management.
Prepare amp update the baseline schedule for the project monitoring the same program for the deliverable amp milestone.
Monitoring progress throughout all phases of the project and compare to the baseline for the entire project life cycle.
Fulfill the site planning scheduling requirements according to the contract with the co ordination of planning department and the Project Manager.
Monitoring the project performance through an efficient control system.
Preparation of revise recovery plans with co ordination of project managers
• Should have five years of experience in project management construction fit out design and build turnkey solutions from planning execution and till delivery of the projects to the client and also involved in handling quality control for all types of facilities commercial residential hospitality mainly . • Ideal candidates should be a problem solver especially in sourcing the problem and providing solutions without compromising on design and aesthetics
