< u>< strong>We are seeking to hire a Logistics Executive to ensure the flow of merchandise and non merchandise items to the stores. Your Job responsibilities will be including but not limited to the following
- Monitoring the shipments in the pipeline and the expected arrival dates at Egypt ports< li>
- Ensure the availability of the shipping documents before shipments arrival< li>
- Arrange the bank forms and marine insurance certificates< li>
- Complete data entry in the tracking sheet< li>
- Service providers’ invoices verification as per agreed rates and coordinate with Finance department for smooth payments to the service providers< li>
- Work with the line manager to ensure that targets are achieved lead time cost saving < li>
- Follow up the cosmetics registration customs clearance and final release
< li>About You
< u>< strong>As a Logistics Executive you must be a bachelor's degree holder in logistics or any related discipline with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent following up skills and detail oriented.
