< strong>Unilever Mashreq IT department is looking for passionate Java EE software engineers with the following responsibilities
The job responsibilities will be based on experience and qualifications
· Full stack development and design for web applications.
· Make use of cutting edge Java technologies to add new capabilities for business.
· Efforts estimation for the development deliveries.
· Transfer the business requirements into technical design
· Motivate members so that they meet deadlines. for Team leads
· Review the team member daily work. For Team leads .
· Work productively.
· Applying best practices in the daily work duties.
· Learn new technologies or tools that will add value for the team.
· Find the root cause of any potential technical issue.
Experience and Education
< strong>· Experience range form 4 to 7 years of experience Salary and work level will be based on experience and qualifications.
· Computer science or software engineering graduates are preferred.
Additional requirements include
< strong>· Extensive problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to research analyze and find solutions independently Very important .
· Ability to provide attention to detail while prioritizing and managing direct or indirect technical project resources and critical project timelines or tasks in a fast paced changing environment.
· Ability to successfully work independently and within a team environment.
· A Readiness to give all the effort necessary to do an excellent job even if it means putting in extra time to research the problem you’re facing until it’s done correctly.
· Highly organized and a good multi tasker.
· Recognize and solve problems quickly.
Technical skills
< strong>· Java EE knowledge is a must JSF JPA EJB REST Servlet JSP .
· Application Server knowledge Glassfish Wildfly Oracle application server .
· Oracle SQL PLSQL PostgreSQL MySQL is a plus.
· JavaScript AngularJS Jquery CSS is a plus.
· Experience of Object Oriented Design Methodologies.
· Continuous integration tools Maven Jenkins Sonar Artifactory is a plus.
· Experience in SQL Query troubleshooting performance tuning.
· Understanding of performance testing and optimization techniques.
· Mobile app development knowledge is a plus
