§ Implement amp operate retail’s data network LAN WAN
§ Engage in basic troubleshooting for data network problems. .
§ Implement amp test links with Telecom Egypt and other ISPs.
§ Implement amp test of indoor wireless networks within Vodafone premises.
§ Support the IT Help Desk to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
§ Monitor the whole data network infrastructure and create availability performance reports < strong>
§ Initiate regular weekly and monthly reports showing the status of operations KPIs . < strong>
§ Keep updated documentation for all systems on hand. < strong>
§ Be involved in an on call schedule to provide 24 7 support < strong>
Education < strong>
Bachelor of Science Electrical engineering or computer science
< strong>
Work Experience < strong>
· 1 3 years of experience in Information Technology field.
Technical skills < strong>
Good knowledge of the following areas
· Configuration of LAN WAN equipment including Cisco switches amp routers.
· Data networking and TCP IP
· Structured cabling infrastructure
· Previous experience with network management systems is a Plus < strong>

Personal skills < strong>
· Good interpersonal oral and written skills.
· Proficient in English and ability to work in a team.
· The ability to be an effective team player is essential.
· Good time management skills
· Good communication skills < strong>

Special requirements < strong>
Certification from Cisco CCNA is mandatory
