• To provide timely technical assistance and solutions to the team for any project or technical submittals including layouts or detailed technical drawings as per project requirements or based on given specifications and calculations.
Duties
• Review the floor plan and assist in preparation of typical plan and cross section.
• Produce draft designs and diagrams according to the given specifications provided by the client
• Produce fit out shop drawings wall setting out reflected ceiling plans elevations flooring joinery stone glass metal and related details
• Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements
• Provide material list for partitions and doors installation. Knowledge in 3Ds max is an advantage
Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering • With 10 years of experience in the same role with expertise in AutoCAD. • With effective communication skills • Team player with the ability to set priorities and to work under pressure
