Job Responsibilities < b>< p> Understand client briefs and actively contribute to the brainstorming and ideation process. Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand off to engineering. Contribute own ideas for internal projects and guidelines. Create banners for websites marketing campaigns and social media channels. Create wireframes storyboards user flows process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback. Seek out new design resources that can deliver world class results. Establish and promote design guidelines best practices and standards
Job Requirements Proven work experience as a web designer. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. Solid experience in creating wireframes storyboards user flows process flows and site maps. Proficiency in Photoshop Illustrator or other visual design and wire framing tools. Proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user system interaction. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Up to date with the latest Web trends techniques and technologies. Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected. Must be comfortable in self managed and team tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language. Good communication skills.
