A Senior Voice amp Network Communications Support Engineer with the following key responsibilities < p>
• Interact with the major telecom providers in the market.< p>
• Installation and maintenance of telecom products.< p>
• Implementation of contact centers.< p>
• Attend to site visits for the related maintenance and installation tasks.< p>
• Handle different kinds of support requests.< p>
• Supervise the support engineers and coach them.< p>
< p>
• Provide regular reports on the support team activities to the management.< p>
< p>
• Strong skills with Microsoft Outlook and Office products. • Excellent command in English. • Self motivated positive and a team player with strong interpersonalskills. • Ability to meet deadlines prioritize multi task and handle differentcustomer needs and changes. • Ability to deal effectively with all employees and external businesscontacts while conveying a positive service oriented attitude. • VOIP and Networking background CCNA certification is preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications • ITI NTI Diploma is a plus.
