WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Develop and implement application support tasks for multiple applications and hosting environments including Networking< strong> Domain Services< strong> and most standard Microsoft Server roles< strong> < li>
- Perform support for existing applications< strong> as well as executing regular application maintenance< strong> < li>
- Identify analyze and resolve application incidents< strong> < li>
- Identify root causes< strong> for incidents while applying corrective actions to prevent future re occurrence < li>
- Perform day to day application support tasks< strong> with internal and external customers and vendors to resolve technical problems in a timely manner< li>
- Build and maintain OS Images< strong> and related features Boot experience Recovery Shell Launcher BIOS and BIOS updates Windows settings Drivers updates < li>
- Design maintain and provision< strong> production process Deployment scripts integration with license generator online < li>
< ul>Requirements
< u>< strong>- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline< li>
- 3 years in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Server platforms< strong> < li>
- Experience with MS SQL Server databases< strong> < li>
- Familiarity with Windows < strong>and IIS administration< strong> UCS UCMA Lync Server Skype for Business< strong> < li>
- Experience supporting Active Directory Exchange Server ADFS< strong> < li>
- Understanding of service applications application deployment and backup restore< li>
- Experience provisioning application deployment on Office 365 Exchange< strong> Online< strong> < li>
- Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio .Net Programming C and solution architecture< strong>< li>< ul>
