· nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Allocating resource requests based on skills and availability. < p>
· nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Monitoring and reporting progress of resource requests. < p>
· nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Ensure proper handling of escalations. < p>
· nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Maintaining the schedules of the engineers including work assignments and offline time. < p>
· nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Generating reports based upon management demand < p>
· nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Performing the administration functions in SIP e.g. setting up accounts and contracts. < p>
· nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Give engineers access to the projects in Project Accounting. < p>
· nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Participate in UAT for new resource tools or updates in current tools. < p>
· nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Train Users on resource tools being used. < p>
· nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Acting as ASM TAM in providing administrative support for ACS projects when needed. < p>
· nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Managing and maintaining the Skills repository tool. < p>
· nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp In charge of on boarding contractors e.g. NAAs PEs setting up accounts..ect < p>
· nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp Creating Resource teams’ utilization < p>
