< strong>This position will assist the organization with all commercial contract aspects during project tender amp execution. Review interpret and administer contracts for the Solutions Business. Assess interpret document and oversee the compliance of the contractual obligations. This position will manage the preparation of invoices claim management insurance and tax issues track bonds and guarantees. Assist with project controlling and various other project reports.
Lead all technical aspects of the solution architecture systems during execution phases Design Integration Testing FAT Installation and Commissioning. Assist the Project Manager in elaborating alternative solutions during change order management. Contribute to meet the project objectives in scope schedule and cost.
Key Responsibilities

- Review interpret and administer contracts for the Solutions Business. Assess interpret document and oversee the compliance of the contractual obligations for the Solutions Programs.< li>
- Participate as a member of the contract negotiation team assuming responsibility for explaining offer positions and matters of a business nature related to the proposed contract.< li>
- Assist with monitoring contracts for engineering procurement construction government projects.< li>
- Collaborate with appropriate Procurement personnel on project subcontract matters. Monitor risk and identify new commercial risk.< li>
- Reviews interprets amp ensures compliance on government contracts. Prepare monthly contract status progress reports for in house use.< li>
- Participates in systems implementations and process improvement projects. This may involve cross functional teams change management process mapping standard operating procedures and performance metrics.< li>
- Provides responsible advice and counsel on a wide range of contractual and business issues. Acts as advisor to Solutions Team Sales force and Program management.< li>
- Provides consistent and proactive communication on all items related to a contracted customer with the appropriate sales representative and region management personnel.
