FieldChannel Manager managing all types of Oracle Partners System Integrators ISVS Resellers VADs. His her main responsibility is promoting OracleTechnology Products Platform as a Services Infrastructure as a Service andEngineered Systems across a named partner list.< p>< li>

Builds long term strategicrelationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.< p>< li>

Facilitates the development ofstrategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet orexceed assigned business goals.< p>< li>

Works with Partners to identifyopportunities and create demand through joint marketing activities and targetaccount selling strategies.< p>< li>

Properly engage partners withOracle Field and Oracle Direct sales team to ensure synchronization betweenboth parties< p>< li>

Actively track joint salespipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.< p>< li>

Develop and maintain relationshipswith global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensureadherence to Alliances and Channel standards.< p>< li>

Managetransaction contracts partners’ credit behaviors business practices and dealbooking issues.< p>< li>

Monitor partners business results making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for thestrategic partners.< p>< li>

Establish rules of engagement andoperational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.< p>< li>

Demonstrated track record of developingand managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity.< p>< li>

Prefer strong analytical saleschannel and marketing skills.< p>< li>

Prefer 5 years of related hightechnology experience.< p>< li>

Builds long term strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.< p>
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.< p>
Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 5 years of related experience. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.< p>
