Duties

- Handle customer service difficulties and concerns working toward resolution and a satisfactory solution< li>
- Coordinate and organize service appointments as necessary to resolve customer complications< li>
- Perform clerical and administrative support< li>
- Make all potential clients aware of our commitment to professionalism and high quality work in all of our trade areas< li>
- Maintain detailed records and create reports to support the recordation< li>
- Contact customers by telephone to discern the quality of their service experience
< li>Requirements
< u>< strong> - MUST have customer service experience< li>
- College degree a plus< li>
- Clear professional friendly and confident engagement of customers in all interactions. Excellent interpersonal skills!< li>
- Attention to detail and organized approach to accomplishing objectives< li>
- Must be solution oriented and able to handle difficult customer situations on the telephone< li>
- Excellent attendance and punctuality< li>
- Must be able to learn business processes and approach as directed by management in the completion of duties and tasks< li>
- Solid computer skills< li>
