Our Development Resource Manager is responsible for assigning the right engineers to the right projects at the right time. They balance requirements for employee career development healthy team dynamics and project needs. They love working closely with engineers to identify soft and hard skills custom design career development plans to nurture talent and set career development paths.< p>

You will also be responsible for understanding our pipeline of projects creating hiring plans and working closely with HR to recruit top talent. We are also excited to start a junior developer program and welcome candidates who share our enthusiasm for finding and investing in young talent.< p>

Minimum REQUIRED Knowledge Skills and Abilities Technical degree and experience working with software engineers 5 years managing teams of 30 staff Proven experience building and managing complex allocation strategies for a large number of staff across multiple programs and projects Experience organizing career development and training programs to help people add technical skills English communication skills and soft skills such as cultural understanding. You will have access to internal technical gurus external training programs etc. Ability to build job descriptions screen candidates identify talent and support the HR recruiting process Good listening analysis and communication skills used to receive feedback from an engineer’s managers and colleagues and take action to address concerns Serve as a community ambassador for Integrant in continuous efforts to build our brand as a top employer Skilled in building proactive retention programs and ensuring a high staff retention rate Open to travel to the U.S. Education and Training BS in engineering or computer science. MBA highly desired. Experience in .NET software development and software quality testing preferred
