Manage all production areas ensuring staff are appropriately trained including food hygiene and health and safety standards. Ensure that there are sufficient resources in place to meet planned requirements. Calculate and monitor labour productivity against standard for all factory areas and publish these KPI rsquo s on a daily weekly monthly basis. Drive factory improvements to improve labour productivity and reduce direct labour costs
