HR Manager

 Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
 Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital.
 Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues.
 Manage the recruitment and selection process.
 Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
 Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
 Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
 Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
 Writes directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities compensation and employee benefits.
 Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law.
 Recruits interviews tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
 Prepares budget of human resources operations.
