Responsible for ensuring that products meet standards set by both their companies and regulatory authorities and overseas production processes. He may develop and review quality and safety policies and manage audits by third party inspectors. Establishing company quality procedures standards and specifications. Maintain compliance with company product specifications special handling procedures and production monitoring programs. Continuously evaluate quality systems and submit change recommendations. Implement site specific protocols and procedures referencing the Company Quality Systems Manual. Responsible of the tractability System of the farm. Making sure that production processes meet international national standards. Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports. Maintain open communication with all Managers and team members to ensure that finished product quality processes are maintained at all times. Coordinate and manage the Pest Control program verification of services maps applicator license and chemical usage among others. Ensure proper staffing scheduling training delegation of duties disciplinary actions and annual reviews of the Quality Assurance Departments
Job Requirements BSc.
